I would continue betting on the K turn half or a bit more of the time. I dont think out turn range has to be that polarized unless villain shows himself to be overly passive in 3b pots. River I would just check.

i don't really like the turn upsizing. I think a small increase would be okay, but i would probably want to keep it under half pot still.

not sure what his frequencies are, it could be fine, but you might need to be a little bit more selective with what you're 3 barrel bluffing with. it would for sure be nice to have a club.

ya would flat as a default, i don't have much of a flop raising game in 3 bet pots. i don't think i would pick this hand to start though.

sizing looks good to me. if i was value betting with a non ace hand i might size up slightly large on flop/turn, but you block so many A highs i like these sizings.
